newbies-pc runs a Computer Tutorial Service. This means you may have to disclose certain information in order to get help for your computer. The information that you may be disclosing is, the type computer you use, software, and files stored on your computer. Occasionally the customer may have to do a computer audit. This type of disclosure may disclose more information than what the customer wants. We will ask you to delete any information, that is very personal contained in the audit. Such as Microsoft Keys, or software keys, and personal names etc. If this information is ever disclosed to a Administrator, or Moderator, every thing possible will be done to protect your identity, and the privacy of your computer, and your personal information. Moderators, and Administrators are not permitted to store YOUR information on their computers they must delete the personal information as soon as they are aware of it.

This report is also made public, and posted to the learningpc4newbies group. Plus we collect personal information from those that make a purchase in our online store at newbies-pc.com when the store is active. We collect only what is needed in order to do business with you, and no more. We ask that you keep your personal information private, and please do not disclose your personal information in our public forum, and YahooGroup. We realize accidents will happen, and we will work swiftly to remove any personal information you may of accidently posted. How everyou must realize this could take hours, and some times a day in order to clean up. This is due in part to how quickly the information is emailed out, and due to home situations, like not being at the computer.

We may receive and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. For example, in order to use certain services or functions of our websites, you may be required to register with a username and email address on the newbies-pc.com website. newbies-pc collects such information only insofar as is it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user's interaction with newbies-pc. In other words, the forum does not need personal information other than a user name, and email address, but our online store does need more personal information in order to make transactions for its products. However you do not disclose to us credit card information, etc Paypal collects this information. If any member ask for this information please contact the Administrator. You can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent you from engaging in certain activities.
Deleting an newbies-pc account.
All statistics and logs collected on behalf of an account holder are purged upon deletion of an newbies-pc account, although newbies-pc may retain such information for longer periods of time as part of its back-up emergency system.

newbies-pc tutors members from all walks of life. We have many users that struggle, because they are not so blessed either mentally, or physically as some members on our list are. So we ask members not to flame, cuss, or abuse other members. Be respectful at all times. Anyone that does not follow this rule risk being ban. This rule extends to all areas of newbies-pc, including our YahooGroup.
Conditions of Use
The most strict policy that we have is if you join our YahooGroups learningpc4newbies or our Forum you are required to secure your computer. If you do not know how, then you promise to learn, as we teach you. The other part of this requirement is that you will not mass email the members off list. Non of our members are interested in the Nigerian scam, and their sex lives are just fine.
We do not allow members to publish their personal information on our forum, or on our website newbies-pc.com. This includes your home phone numbers (lan line or cell phone) Social Security numbers, home addresses, full name, We do not allow you to post anyone elses personal information as well. Please abide by this rule. First time not following this rule you will be informed of the rule, and your article will be removed. second time informed... you will be put on moderation, and article removal, third time... your membership will be removed, and article removal.
